Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with patients and providing regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assisting in patient consultations and practice visits
  • Undertaking diagnostic scans using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
  • Assisting patients with health and lifestyle questionnaires
  • Introducing patients to their optometrist
  • Scheduling treatment dates for vision correction surgery
  • Providing advice on traditional vision correction solutions, including glasses and contact lenses
  • Discussing finance options with patients
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
