Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Manage appointment bookings and provide timely access to care, ensuring patients receive the best possible service.
  • Process prescriptions, letters, forms, and other documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Address patient inquiries, resolve problems, and manage complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Inform patients about our practice procedures and help them navigate our services smoothly.
  • Assist new patients in the registration process, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
  • Provide excellent phone support, answering calls promptly and directing them as needed.

We are a large, semi-rural, dispensing, research, and GP training Practice operating over three surgery sites. We have a fast-growing list size of 22,000 patients and are part of the 5-practice Ketts Oak Primary Care Network.
