Service and Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service and Quality Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging role and make a real impact on the success of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage a team of 10 engineers to cover breakdowns and services in the yard and on-site.
  • Develop and implement technical processes to improve efficiency and quality in the yard and on-site operations.
  • Manage and plan the general running and duties of the yard and on-site operations, including servicing, breakdown, and maintenance of tower cranes.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall performance of the yard and on-site operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the tower crane industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
