Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager at Expleo Group, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will lead a team of quality assurance specialists and provide guidance to other teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that quality assurance activities are integrated into project plans and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, ensuring that quality assurance activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide quality assurance evaluation estimates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring that they are accurate and timely.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement quality process improvements and metrics focused on defect prevention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management qualification.
  • Programming skills.
  • Additional course or certification in Quality Assurance.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, advising clients and clearly communicating the benefits of implementing specific quality assurance solutions.
  • People management skills, team work, and emotional intelligence.
  • Good self-management, continuous performance is both a goal and a mind-set.
  • Extensive technical knowledge and experience with complex IT programmes.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge in quality assurance methodologies, applying standards and specialist quality assurance expertise to deliver.
