We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at a leading precision engineering company in Basildon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting inspections of products, equipment, and processes to ensure quality standards are met

• Developing and implementing quality control systems to drive continuous improvement

• Generating reports to track and analyze quality metrics

• Supervising test and inspection schedules to ensure timely completion

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of inspection methods, including visual and dimensional checks

• Degree-level education in a relevant field, such as engineering or science

• Experience with quality assurance tools and software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
