Job Summary

We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the role of Education Compliance Specialist based in our London office. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding students, educators, and schools while maintaining our reputation for excellence in education recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Apsco+ regulations and company policies.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide guidance and compliance support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific needs for your region's supply and long-term vacancies.
  • Conduct training sessions for recruitment staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of candidate information and compliance with relevant regulations.

Talent Sourcing

  • Utilise various platforms to identify and attract exceptional educators, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our partner schools.
