Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates

  • Support our CEO with creative administrative tasks, such as producing reports, job adverts, and promotional materials
  • Play a key role in our admin team, covering phones, minute-taking, and assisting colleagues as needed

Requirements
  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including English Language at Grade C or above
  • Ability to take accurate meeting notes and write in a businesslike manner
  • Eye for detail, ability to prioritize workload, and good time management skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, with a focus on clarity and effectiveness
  • Good working knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Skilled at electronic filing and able to see solutions, not just problems
