Working with a distinguished organization will equip you with the necessary training and confidence to successfully close sales. Previous experience in telephone sales is a prerequisite for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients, effectively selling, cross-selling, and up-selling the company's offerings
- Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with customers
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in outbound telesales is preferred, although candidates with sales experience from other fields will be considered
- Ability to ask open-ended and probing questions
- A driven and engaging individual who is self-motivated and resilient
- Excellent communication skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales goals
Compensation and Benefits:
- Working hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- 31 days of holiday (including public holidays), increasing to 34 after four years
- Base salary of £26,000 with uncapped commission potential
- Top performers can earn between £50,000 and £80,000
