About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Texthelp Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage with potential customers and build relationships
  • Qualify and nurture leads through the sales process, converting marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to sales qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales enablement strategies
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales enablement platforms to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales performance
Requirements
  • 1+ year of relevant sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding customer sales experiences
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sales information to customers
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience with outbound and inbound sales processes, including lead qualification and conversion
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement platforms
  • Ability to prospect and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and social strategies
