Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our UK-wide Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing the L'OR ATL & BTL activations, delivering innovation and renovation projects, and supporting in-store activations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the L'OR brand plan, ensuring brand performance and growth. Your expertise in brand tracking and analysis will be essential in shaping insights and actions for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute L'OR activations - ATL & BTL across TV, social, digital & shopper touchpoints.
  • Work closely with external creative, shopper, and media agency partners to ensure brand consistency.
  • Champion the L'OR brand and category, working closely with local and global stakeholders.
  • Support the Brand Manager(s)/Category Manager on range/portfolio management, including innovation & renovation projects.
  • Responsible for brand and portfolio performance tracking and analysis.
  • Support Shopper Marketing & Category Management JDE teams to ensure exceptional brand activation in-store & on shelf.
  • Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Marketing experience, preferably FMCG.
  • Experience developing & executing digital & shopper comms across social media, websites, digital, and shopper touchpoints.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships/collaboration.
