Job Title: Head Of Brand Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Brand Marketing to join our team at Remy Cointreau. This is a key role that will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand marketing plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class activation plans and communications.
  • Measure and evaluate customer activation spend to ensure positive ROI and inform future planning.
  • Support the procurement process and manage POs in a timely manner.
  • Develop toolkits and activation ideas to support customer activation plans.
  • Interpret shopper insight data to inform marketing and customer strategies.
  • Lead the planning of annual Customer Brand Planning days.
  • Develop and coach the shopper marketing intern and support the Shopper Marketing Executive.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years experience in an FMCG sales, marketing, activation, or shopper marketing role.
  • FMCG market knowledge.
  • Ability to identify insights across multiple data sources.
  • Financial acumen and ability to build and track simple P&L's.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Mobile and ability to travel to customers within the UK.
Working Arrangements:

Your week will be split between our Maidenhead office and remote working.
