Brand Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. As a key member of our UK-wide Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing the Kenco brand plan, delivering innovation and renovation projects, and supporting in-store activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Kenco brand activations across TV, social, digital, and shopper touchpoints.
- Work closely with external creative, shopper, and media agency partners to ensure brand consistency.
- Champion the Kenco brand and category, working closely with local and global stakeholders.
- Support the Brand Manager(s)/Category Manager on range/portfolio management, including innovation and renovation projects.
- Responsible for brand and portfolio performance tracking and analysis.
- Support the Shopper Marketing & Category Management JDE teams to ensure exceptional brand activation in-store and on shelf.
- Manage the local marketing budget, tracking, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Compile market and competitor reviews to inform plans.
Requirements:
- Previous marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Experience developing and executing digital and shopper communications across social media, websites, digital, and shopper touchpoints.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships and collaboration.
- An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.
- A "can-do" attitude.
