Brand Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our team at FamGuard Group of Companies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, and manage existing product lines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
