Job Title: Brand Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our team at FamGuard Group of Companies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, and manage existing product lines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing.
  • Manage and analyze market research and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
