Brand Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Director to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS (JDE). As a key member of our UK-wide Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing the Kenco brand strategy, driving innovation and renovation projects, and supporting in-store activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Kenco activations across TV, social, digital, and shopper touchpoints, working closely with the Category Manager and Category Lead.
- Collaborate with external creative, shopper, and media agency partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Champion the Kenco brand and category, working closely with local and global stakeholders to drive growth and market share.
- Support the Brand Manager(s) and Category Manager on range and portfolio management, including innovation and renovation projects.
- Lead brand and portfolio performance tracking and analysis, and develop course correction plans to drive growth.
- Work closely with the Shopper Marketing and Category Management teams to ensure exceptional brand activation in-store and on shelf.
- Manage the local marketing budget, tracking and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience developing and executing digital and shopper communications across social media, websites, and digital touchpoints.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have:
- Assistant Brand Manager experience in FMCG with 1-2 years of experience.
Education:
- Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, or Management.
