Administrative Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Medtronic. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our administrative functions, including stock management, data cleaning, and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular stock checks and ensure timely replenishment ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Perform database cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Send scheduled written communications to new and existing customers in line with defined engagement plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, capturing minor changes and updates.
- Respond to internal queries and handle inbound overflow calls routed from Product Support during peak demand times.
- Handle returning products and book collections in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Proven strong administrative and self-organisation skills, with a focus on attention to detail and persistence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- A demonstrable record of high performance in compliance with defined financial, administrative, and contact handling procedures.
- Flexible attitude, comfortable switching between administrative tasks and handling overflow calls.
- Competent in using a variety of IT systems and programs, including MS Office, SAP, and CRM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of GDPR and data regulations.
- Prior experience of accounts or funding management in a medical devices or high-tech business.
- Some degree of knowledge of diabetes and/or other medical devices.
