Key Responsibilities:

Our client, a reputable organization, seeks Customer Care professionals to contact patients for appointment scheduling as per NHS requests.

You will play a vital role in ensuring a high standard of customer service.

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing both phone and email communication, necessitating exceptional communication skills.

Empathy and a willingness to assist customers in booking their appointments are essential. Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this temporary to permanent role.

Working Hours:

Shift Schedule:
(7.5 hours from Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 08.00 to 12.00 or 09.00 to 13.00)
You will be scheduled between the hours of 08.00 to 20.00 (shifts will be assigned a week in advance)

Essential Skills:
Excellent telephone etiquette
Strong customer service abilities
Administrative proficiency

Experience Required:
Prior experience in a telephone-based customer service role is preferred
Must possess GCSE Maths Grade 4 and above/Grade C and above
