We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team focused on providing exceptional service in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Our client, a reputable organization, is in search of Customer Care professionals to assist patients in scheduling appointments as per NHS requests.

Your role will involve delivering high-quality customer service, primarily through phone and email communication, necessitating strong interpersonal skills.

Empathy and a willingness to assist customers in booking their appointments are essential. Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this temporary to permanent position.


Working Hours:

Shift Schedule:
(7.5 hours from Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 08.00 to 12.00 or 09.00 to 13.00)
You will be scheduled between the hours of 08.00 to 20.00, with shifts assigned a week in advance.

Essential Skills:
- Excellent telephone communication
- Strong customer service abilities
- Administrative proficiency

Experience Required:
Prior experience in a telephone-based customer service role is preferred. Candidates must have achieved GCSE Maths Grade 4 or above/Grade C or above.
