Job Title: Senior IT Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team at Senitor. As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support to our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently troubleshoot software and hardware faults for customers, either remotely or out on client sites.
* Provide support for existing IT systems, infrastructure, and networks.
* Support on existing and new IT projects - including making technical recommendations in the scoping of IT projects for clients.
* Audit new clients' IT systems and infrastructure, reporting back to customers on the findings and making recommendations for improvement where possible.
* Work towards and complete Microsoft Certifications to support development.
* Windows Servers and Desktop Operating Systems (7/8/10).
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
* Understanding of networking protocols - LAN/WAN, Switches, Routers, Firewalls.
* Microsoft Exchange.
* Office 365 administration and configuration.

Requirements:

* 3 years' experience in a similar IT Support role.
* Confident communicator with ideally worked in customer-facing roles in the past.
* Full UK driving license is essential for this role.

Working Hours: This is an office-based position between Monday and Friday with working hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, with 1 week in 4 on call.
