Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first line support as and when required
  • Providing technical assistance and support to internal customers
  • Maintaining the organisations infrastructure systems in line with IT procedures
  • Quick response to 3rd party/supplier network/system failures
  • Keeping tight control of data
  • Maintaining system security and integrity

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years previous experience of working within a 1st line / 2nd line support role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities to short time frames
  • Able to work as a team and report to all levels of management
