Key Responsibilities:

Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking Customer Care professionals to assist patients in scheduling appointments as directed by the NHS.

You will play a vital role in ensuring a high standard of customer service.

This position requires you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing both phone and email communication, thus necessitating exceptional interpersonal skills.

Empathy and a willingness to assist customers in booking their appointments are essential. Reliability and punctuality are critical for this temporary to permanent role.

Working Hours:

Shift Details:
(7.5 hours from Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays 08.00 to 12.00 or 09.00 to 13.00)
You will be scheduled to work between 08.00 and 20.00, with shifts allocated one week in advance.

Essential Skills:
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Strong customer service abilities
- Administrative proficiency

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role is preferred.
Applicants must possess GCSE Maths at Grade 4 or above/Grade C or above.
