Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Sales Director to join our team at Trend Micro. As a key member of our UK&I Business Unit, you will be responsible for executing our sales plan and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets
    • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Sales Teams to deliver sales quotas and KPIs
  • Market Understanding and Account Development
    • Understand the cybersecurity requirements and priorities of the UK and Irish private and public sector markets
    • Develop and execute account strategies to drive the adoption of Trend Micro products and services
  • Team Management and Development
    • Mentor, coach, and shadow individuals to develop the skills they require to be successful
    • Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams to leverage support and resources

Requirements

  • A proven track record of leading high-growth sales teams in the B2B technology sector
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex sales cycles and the MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Channel, Marketing, and Technical Teams
