Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Director to join our team at Trend Micro. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the UK and Ireland region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the UK and Ireland region.
- Lead High-Performing Sales Teams: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and market developments to ensure our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, including trends, technologies, and market developments.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve their targets.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
