Cybersecurity Sales Leader

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Sales Director to join our team at Trend Micro. As a key member of our UK&I Business Unit, you will be responsible for executing our sales plan and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers and Sales Teams to achieve sales quotas and KPIs
- Market Understanding and Account Development
- Understand the cybersecurity requirements and priorities of the UK and Irish private and public sector markets
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive the adoption of Trend Micro products and services
- Team Management and Development
- Mentor, coach, and shadow individuals to develop the skills they require to be successful
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams to leverage support and resources
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading high-growth sales teams in the B2B technology sector
- Strong history of delivering team-based quota achievement and sales growth
- Consistent record of managing Sales Managers and Sellers and coaching their ongoing development
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and understand the MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of and experience working with Channel, Marketing, and Technical Teams
