About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the fairground and venue maintenance are carried out to the highest standard, delighting our guests and generating positive feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Facilities Manager in maintaining the fairground and venue to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement a planned maintenance program to ensure the funfair and venues are well-maintained.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
- Lead and inspire high-performing teams of unique individuals who deliver positive service experiences.
- Communicate effectively with team members and peers to ensure seamless operations.
About You
We're looking for a passionate leader with effective team management skills, good knowledge of health and safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with teams at all levels. Experience in a similar role within the trade construction industry and knowledge of Mechanical and Hydraulic components are highly desirable.
