About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Senior Manager to join our leadership team at Butlin's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing both internal teams and external service providers to ensure planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of facilities services across the resort, including entertainment venues, pools, restaurants, rides, and landscape areas.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service, ensuring compliance with statutory legislations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of facilities professionals, providing regular coaching and development opportunities to support their growth and career progression.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, driving team performance to meet sales and cost targets in line with business plans.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to project guest demand and team requirements, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Head of Facilities or Senior Facilities Manager with a strong operational background in hard facilities management. You should have a credible track record of leading large teams in a similar M&E infrastructure environment, with excellent leadership and motivational skills.

You will be able to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and deliver excellent standards in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
