Facilities Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Gardener at Butlins. As a key member of our Facilities department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our resort's grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance requirements of the resort's grounds are met, including grass cutting, shrub management, and tree maintenance.
- Carry out effective garden maintenance, including pruning, weeding, and fertilizing.
- Present the front of house areas to a high standard, including litter clearance and ground duties.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve common goals.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required, outside of your normal day-to-day role.
Requirements:
- Full UK driver's license (desirable)
- Age 21 or above for driving resort vehicles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or gardening (preferred but not essential)
Working Hours:
Hours may vary between 8am-6pm, with rest days varying depending on the business's operational needs.
