We are seeking a Lead Sales Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and fostering partnerships within the FinTech sector.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Over 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Leadership roles
- Proficient in the complete B2B sales cycle, including onboarding, integration, and managing partnerships with active accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage project management skills to enhance operational efficiency.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of B2B practices, demonstrating strong client management capabilities and extensive B2B sales experience, including third-party distribution channel oversight.
- Experience in sales and business development within the FinTech landscape, particularly in selling API solutions to strategic partners.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure that all existing and new Selling Partner solutions adhere to company policies, security protocols, and industry best practices.
Strategic Growth:
- Utilize deep industry insights, strategic acumen, and a customer-centric approach to enhance performance.
- Drive new business and partner acquisition through effective prospecting, qualification, and contract negotiations.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships from inception to execution, including contract discussions and proposal evaluations.
- Oversee partner onboarding processes, including sales and product training.
Sales Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly reports.
- Participate in local events and exhibitions to promote our offerings.
Negotiation and Coordination:
- Negotiate business terms and analyze contracts with key technology partners, collaborating with administration, marketing, and legal teams as necessary to finalize agreements.
Revenue Generation:
- Coordinate and drive new business revenues from financial institutions and emerging affinity markets.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the Sales Team to achieve organizational goals.
