About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Director to lead our Credit Builder Card product and drive its growth into a core part of our overall Cleo experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing financial access, supporting our mission to make financial health universally attainable.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance financial access by developing and implementing strategies to support our mission to make financial health universally attainable.
- Lead the development of the Credit Builder Subscription, designed to help rebuild and establish credit without debt.
- Own the vision, long-term strategy, and product roadmap for our credit builder card.
- Work closely with a wide range of partners in product, engineering, design, user research, partnerships, compliance, and data to ensure Cleo is delivering to business and user needs.
Requirements
- Experience of building consumer credit/card products in a fintech high-growth investor-backed tech company.
- Experience of building both new products (0→1) as well as a track record of shipping continuous product improvements to an existing product portfolio, ideally for a consumer-facing mobile app.
- Experience of building disruptive consumer card or credit products characterised by first-class user experience, reliability, and scalability.
- Proven ability to build world-class products loved by users, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
