- To complete administrative reports and tasks, ensuring we meet our stakeholders' SLAs.
- To assist with hotel bookings, sending maintenance letters, and booking in maintenance.
- To assist with engineer feedback forms, false management, P1 SLA reports, and URN applications and reinstatements.
- To action and resolve services queries to the company's SLA.
- To assist with any other reasonable requests from your line manager and supervisor.
- A customer-focused individual with excellent telephone manner and PC literacy.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize workloads and exceed all tasks given.
