We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to enhance our Client Services division. This role is pivotal in ensuring our accounts are effectively managed and nurtured.

The Client Services team at 1000heads is essential for maintaining the vitality of our client relationships. Our mission revolves around comprehending client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand client accounts by leveraging strong interpersonal skills and innovative creative strategies.
  • Continuously generate creative concepts and solutions for client campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' brands, categories, and target audiences.
  • Lead teams to execute effective social strategies across diverse clients and projects.
  • Oversee insights and monitoring projects, ensuring integration with creative and strategic development.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Engagement Strategy Directors to enhance our strategic offerings.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive activities relevant to your clients.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients, maintaining organized reports for team access.
  • Assist in crafting project briefs and collaborating with team members to develop and present ideas to clients.
  • Work with Project Planners to create effective project plans and specifications.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, securing necessary approvals before project initiation.
  • Ensure timely billing and adherence to client budgets, securing approvals for all expenditures.
  • Support the production of client reviews with senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee the quality of final deliverables for managed projects.
  • Ensure necessary sign-offs from Account Directors and Creative Directors on all briefs and critical meetings.
  • Maintain a comprehensive file of essential client information.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, creative development, or client-facing project management.
  • Expertise in delivering digital and social media campaigns.
  • Experience in cross-market campaign execution.
  • Line management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage client relationships while delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of social media dynamics and their impact on branding.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
