Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives aimed at securing delegates for our prestigious Women's Summits. The ideal candidate will adopt a strategic sales methodology to redefine our approach to delegate acquisition. As we strive to elevate the participation levels at our Women's Summits, this role will be pivotal in establishing new benchmarks for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional sales performance, consistently surpassing revenue and client engagement targets.
  • Foster and expand relationships with existing client accounts, engaging multiple stakeholders to enhance revenue streams.
  • Drive significant new business development by identifying and pursuing potential clients with a structured plan.
  • Gather client insights to inform our event development strategy, leading to innovative offerings and commercial opportunities.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, competitive landscape, and client needs to enhance credibility in sales discussions.
  • Proactively generate leads and explore new business avenues through thorough market analysis.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to facilitate agile decision-making and swift progress.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a top sales performer with extensive experience in event sales to senior-level clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the asset management industry, including the dynamics between sponsors, general partners, and limited partners.
  • Client-centric approach with a proactive mindset and strong business acumen.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at building and leveraging relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker who is self-motivated and collaborative.
