Key Responsibilities of the Sales Operations Manager:
- Oversee the sales forecasting and requirements for the commercial division.
- Establish sales objectives that align with the overall corporate strategy.
- Accountable for creating exemplary customer journeys and collaborating with other Sales Operations team members to share best practices.
- Manage the sales order processes to ensure alignment with production systems.
- Conduct forward sales planning and forecasting to support supply chain management and production demands.
- Optimize sales channels and programs for enhanced performance.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in the automotive industry or with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) is essential.
- Previous experience in a Sales Operations capacity is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, and production planning processes.
- Familiarity with global market dynamics.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP systems is advantageous.
