Key Responsibilities of the Sales Operations Manager:

  • Oversee the sales forecasting and requirements for the commercial division.
  • Establish sales objectives that align with the overall corporate strategy.
  • Accountable for creating exemplary customer journeys and collaborating with other Sales Operations team members to share best practices.
  • Manage the sales order processes to ensure alignment with production systems.
  • Conduct forward sales planning and forecasting to support supply chain management and production demands.
  • Optimize sales channels and programs for enhanced performance.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry or with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a Sales Operations capacity is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, and production planning processes.
  • Familiarity with global market dynamics.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP systems is advantageous.
