Job Title: Director of Service Management and Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Service Management and Operations to join our team at Advanced Accelerator Applications (Italy) - S.p.A. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality and performance of our external service providers, ensuring that our clinical trials are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Quality Strategies: Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure that our external service providers meet the required standards of quality and performance.
- Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our external service providers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical project managers and site management organizations, to ensure that our clinical trials are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that our external service providers comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to clinical trials and quality management.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our external service providers, ensuring that they are aware of our expectations and requirements.
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to our external service providers to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 Years' Experience: A minimum of 7 years' experience in clinical research, including experience in planning, executing, and monitoring clinical trials.
- Strong Understanding: A strong understanding of all aspects of clinical drug development, with particular emphasis on monitoring and trial execution.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence others and build strong relationships.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
