Position: Recreational Activities Facilitator

Location: Sanctuary Care Homes

Compensation: £12.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as a team to enhance the lives of our residents while supporting each other
  • Organize and facilitate leisure and social activities that are vital to our residents' daily experiences
  • Engage with residents to provide a variety of stimulating activities that promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing
  • Explore and introduce new activities based on resident interests and feedback
  • Demonstrate kindness and support to residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure a positive environment.
