Position Overview:
This position entails:

  • Efficiently managing customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high-quality service standard.
  • Processing customer orders telephonically and addressing email inquiries from clients and suppliers.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing the service experience provided to our clientele.
  • Ensuring customers leave with a favorable impression of Zoro UK Ltd.
  • Handling order placements with suppliers and monitoring their progress.
  • Overseeing various administrative tasks, including order follow-ups and processing returns and refunds.
  • Assisting with additional responsibilities as required.
  • Adhering to GDPR regulations (training will be provided).
  • Consistently aligning with the company management system (ZIMS) requirements.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • A strong customer-centric approach.
  • Capability to work autonomously while contributing to team objectives.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and managing a high volume of inquiries.
  • Exceptional attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and conscientious.
  • Proficient in computer use; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and auditory.
