Job Summary

Employal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support to new and existing customers.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide product information and advice to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process customer queries, purchase orders, and quotes in a timely and efficient manner.
