Job Title: Sales Administrator

Employal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join our customer service/sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, managing the sales process from start to end, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound inquiries and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the sales process from start to end, including negotiating prices and resolving customer complaints.
  • Provide product information and advise customers on packages and their benefits.
  • Liaise with multiple departments and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of customer orders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Confident handling phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
