Job Title: Customer Service Trainer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Trainer to join our team at Zoro UK Ltd. As a Customer Service Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customer service teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Create and maintain comprehensive training materials to support the development of our customer service teams * Onboard new starters and ensure they are familiar with our customer service standards from day one * Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes * Collaborate with the customer service and customer account teams to identify training gaps and develop plans to address them * Maintain accurate training records and matrices for both customer service and customer account agents * Develop new training materials as new functionality is released * Provide on-the-job coaching and support to customer service agents Requirements: * 1 year of experience in a similar role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience of coaching and developing team members * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems * Working knowledge of Excel and Word to create training materials Work Environment: This is a hybrid role, with office attendance as and when required. The role requires travel, both domestically and internationally, and collaboration with other members of the Zoro team and Grainger companies.
