Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer software and systems, with experience of SAP and Salesforce advantageous.
