We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our customer service centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Enquiries: Respond to incoming calls and emails, taking ownership of the enquiry and advising customers on our membership structure, training courses, and products.
- Membership and Training: Process applications for memberships, training provider licensing, course results, certification processing, and queries, updating customer records as necessary.
- Subscription Payments: Process subscription payments and resolve queries/objections, ensuring payments and/or funds are properly processed.
- Event Bookings: Process event bookings, creating accurate records on our CRM system, collecting resources in a timely manner prior to the event, and dealing with any associated queries.
- Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to customers experiencing issues with our systems.
- Data Cleansing: Cleanse data where necessary and contact customers by telephone, email, and mail to retrieve information for the completion and maintenance of their records.
We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience within a customer contract centre environment, dealing with customer queries proficiently over the phone, via email, and webchat. You must be immediately available to start work.
