Employal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Role
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support to new and existing customers.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Provide product information and advice to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process customer queries, purchase orders, and quotes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Advise customers on packages and the benefits of each package, identifying opportunities to upsell and increase revenue.
- Liaise with multiple departments and suppliers to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to secure the best deals for Employal.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Able to identify opportunities to upsell and increase revenue.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Confident handling phone calls and customer interactions.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of success.
