We are currently on the lookout for a driven and skilled Freelance Sales Representative focused on enhancing our recruitment and travel service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Sales:

  • Lead sales initiatives across various recruitment projects, identify new clients, and cultivate robust relationships.
  • Post job openings, assess resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure candidate suitability for client needs.
  • Engage in proactive outreach through cold calls and emails to promote recruitment services.
  • Meet with prospective clients to foster business growth and identify candidates for high-level positions.
  • Consistently meet recruitment goals and business development objectives.

Travel Sales:

  • Conduct proactive outreach via cold calls and emails to potential clients to market travel services and follow up on inquiries.
  • Manage deposits and payments for travel arrangements, sell tour packages, and maintain client relationships.
  • Address unexpected issues and complaints, assess refund eligibility, and keep financial records current.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales with a proven history of achieving targets.
  • A minimum of 2 years in recruitment sales; experience in travel and tourism sales is advantageous.
  • Current knowledge of employment regulations, documentation, and job search platforms.
  • Strong negotiation abilities, capacity to generate new business leads, and proficiency in database management and spreadsheets.
  • Preferably, experience as a Travel Consultant with in-depth knowledge of travel software.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Exceptional sales capabilities with a client-focused approach and the ability to manage crises effectively.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, maintain focus on target achievement, and excel in outreach efforts.
