Position Title: Independent Sales Consultant (Commission-Based)

yWe Media operates with a presence in multiple locations, focusing on a growth phase with ambitious goals. While based in the UK, our clientele spans across international borders, providing a global scope.

Work Environment: This role is fully remote, with the option for in-person collaboration in designated locations.

Compensation Structure: This opportunity is structured as an independent income venture rather than traditional employment. Initial earnings are commission-based, with additional commissions on recurring revenue for a period of up to two years. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview process, tailored to individual experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As an independent sales consultant, your duties will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, primarily targeting digital marketers, Chief Marketing Officers, and business founders.
  • Identifying client needs and demonstrating how our products can assist them in understanding their market and enhancing conversions.
  • Presenting our offerings in a compelling and organized manner, with support from senior management for face-to-face engagements.
  • Listening to client requirements and responding appropriately to facilitate sales.
  • Maintaining and expanding client relationships through various communication channels.
  • Conducting outreach to schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Handling incoming inquiries via email and phone.
  • Acting as a liaison between yWe Media and its current and prospective markets.
  • Negotiating agreements and finalizing sales in accordance with standard terms, with any deviations requiring approval from senior management.
  • Collecting market intelligence and customer feedback.
  • Addressing objections to encourage client sign-ups.

Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to exceeding business objectives and fostering sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical capabilities to convert client needs into actionable strategies.
  • High confidence in client interactions and a proven ability to cultivate relationships.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and capable of working independently.
  • A proactive attitude.
  • Experience in social media networking and sales is advantageous.
  • Integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred, along with a willingness to learn if lacking.
  • A genuine desire to succeed in sales.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Disciplined approach to work and adherence to schedules.
  • A high level of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Competence in numeracy.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including Excel and Microsoft Word.
