Key Responsibilities:

Sales in Recruitment:

  • Drive sales initiatives across various recruitment projects, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
  • Post job openings, evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure candidate suitability for client needs.
  • Engage in proactive outreach through calls and emails to promote recruitment offerings.
  • Meet with prospective clients to explore business expansion opportunities and source candidates for premium positions.
  • Achieve set recruitment goals and contribute to business growth.

Sales in Travel:

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls and emails to promote travel services and manage leads.
  • Process payments for travel bookings, sell travel packages, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Address unexpected issues and customer complaints, assess refund eligibility, and keep financial records updated.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales with a proven history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment sales; experience in travel and tourism sales is advantageous.
  • Current knowledge of employment regulations, documentation, and job search platforms.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities, proficiency in lead generation, and experience with databases and spreadsheets.
  • Preferably, experience as a Travel Consultant with comprehensive knowledge of travel management software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Outstanding sales abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, maintain focus on targets, and excel in outreach efforts.
