Position Title: Independent Sales Consultant (Commission-Based)

yWe Media operates from multiple locations, with a focus on scaling our operations and expanding our reach. While headquartered in the UK, our clientele spans across international markets.

Work Environment: This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work location. In-person sales meetings can be coordinated with the management team.

Compensation Structure: This opportunity is structured as an independent income venture rather than traditional employment. Initial earnings will be commission-based, with additional commissions on recurring revenue for a period of up to two years. The specific commission rate will be discussed during the interview process, taking into account your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Independent Sales Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with potential clients, primarily targeting digital marketers, Chief Marketing Officers, and business founders.
  • Identifying client needs and demonstrating how our products can assist them in understanding their market and enhancing conversions.
  • Presenting our offerings in a compelling and organized manner, with support from the CEO and CTMO for face-to-face presentations.
  • Listening to client requirements and responding appropriately to facilitate sales.
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships through various communication channels, including phone and email.
  • Conducting outreach to schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Responding to incoming inquiries via email and phone.
  • Acting as a liaison between yWe Media and its current and potential markets.
  • Negotiating agreement terms and finalizing sales in accordance with our standard practices, with any deviations requiring approval from the CEO and CTMO.
  • Collecting market and customer insights.
  • Addressing objections to encourage client sign-ups.

Your efforts will contribute to exceeding business objectives and fostering sustainable growth.

  • High levels of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Competence in computer applications, including Excel and Microsoft Word.
