Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Sales:

  • Drive sales initiatives across various recruitment projects, identify new clientele, and cultivate robust relationships.
  • Post job openings, assess resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure candidate suitability for client needs.
  • Engage in proactive outreach through cold calls and emails to promote our recruitment offerings.
  • Meet with prospective clients to explore and expand business opportunities while sourcing candidates for premium positions.
  • Achieve established recruitment targets and contribute to business growth.

Travel Sales:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls and emails to market our travel services and follow up on inquiries.
  • Manage travel bookings, including collecting payments and selling tour packages while nurturing client relationships.
  • Address unexpected issues and complaints, assess refund eligibility, and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales with a proven history of meeting objectives.
  • A minimum of 2 years in recruitment sales; experience in travel and tourism sales is advantageous.
  • Current knowledge of employment regulations, documentation, and job search platforms.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities, adept at generating new business leads, and proficient in using databases and spreadsheets.
  • Experience as a Travel Consultant with a strong grasp of travel management software is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Outstanding sales capabilities with a client-focused mindset and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, maintain focus on achieving goals, and excel in outreach efforts.
