Group Sales Executive

Hotel Co 51 is seeking a talented Group Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key player in securing group bookings and maximizing revenue for our Moxy and Marriott branded hotels across Europe, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming group enquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to optimize revenue for our hotels.
- Oversee the entire group booking process, from initial contact through to contract finalization and execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contracts, invoices, and rooming lists.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Leverage your knowledge of the group sales process and Moxy brand identity to secure the best possible deals for each property.
- Ensure timely and accurate information is communicated to our hotels, adhering to company standards.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing, guest services, or a related hospitality role.
- Fluency in German is a must, with additional European languages (French, Italian) being a significant advantage.
- A strong understanding of the group sales process and hotel operations, particularly within the Moxy and Marriott brands.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for exceeding expectations and achieving results.
- A team player with a go-getter attitude.
- Prior experience with booking and managing meetings & events is highly desirable.
