About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join CHEC as an NHS Partnership Executive. As a key ambassador for our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and building relationships with primary care referrers and system stakeholders to contribute to our growth.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Planning and prioritizing effectively with impeccable communication skills to build relationships with primary stakeholders.
  • Adopting a brand ambassadorial approach with all existing and prospective partners across your region by building strong and long-lasting relations.
  • Promoting CHEC services, benefits, facilities, and new service developments to stakeholders.
  • Confidently presenting and promoting CHEC services at both corporate and bespoke events.
  • Adopting agile thinking in building strong relationships with influencing decision makers across your designated region.
  • Bringing a target-focussed approach, best practice, and contributing innovative ideas to the wider department to increase organizational growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A self-motivated and individual approach with some experience in sales, a background in sales, business development, or customer-facing retail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems, including CRMs.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems.
  • Self-motivation and a self-starter approach with the ability to prioritize and schedule work independently.
  • A full driving license and own vehicle.
