About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and is passionate about providing excellent care to our patients. The NHS Partnership Executive is responsible for maintaining, developing, and building relationships with our primary care referrers and system stakeholders to contribute to our growth. You'll be a key ambassador for CHEC in your region.
Main Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can:
- Plan and prioritise effectively with impeccable communication skills to build relationships with primary stakeholders.
- Adopt a brand ambassadorial approach with all existing and prospective partners across your region by building strong and long-lasting relations.
- Promote CHEC services, benefits, facilities, and new service developments to stakeholders.
- Confidently present and promote CHEC services at both corporate and bespoke events.
- Adopt agile thinking in building strong relationships with influencing decision makers across your designated region.
- Bring a target-focussed approach, best practice and contribute innovative ideas to the wider department to increase organisational growth.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a self-motivated and self-starter approach with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently.
- Has excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Is highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems including CRMs.
- Has the ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems.
- Has a full driving licence and has own vehicle.
